Dulce Tierra - Oaxaca

We had the only two vegan baked goods that were a pecan tart and a chocolate loaf. Both were delicious. My friends had the veggie quiche that is vegetarian and also the vegetarian toast. They said they were great. They also have vegan milk for tea and coffee. Especially oats and coconut milk. Maybe others, but I'm not sure.

I spent 8 months in Mexico and I found it very challenging to find good vegan baked goods, so I am always excited when I stumble over some! This café has 3 vegan pastries: banana bread, chocolate bread and peanut butter cookies. The chocolate bar was AMAZING, not too sweet and perfectly moist. I'll go back a few more times to get it while I'm here! So nice to have an option

A vegan will be happy here. Large selection of pastries we can eat and plant milk for our drinks.

I went for the peanut butter cookie, it is 18 pesos now not 10 like in one of pictures. It was ok but a bit dry.
