Hotel Rhonequelle - Oberwald

We had pasta and beer in this hotel restaurant halfway through cycling over the nearby passes. The beer and pasta were excellent, but the views and ambience were even better

Last restaurant before you visit the old delapidate hotel on the ground of Furka and Grimsel Pass Wallis. Very busy and the staff could remain plaisant, the menu du jour Frs.24.50 was excellent.

We had a quick lunch break at this hotel. Fondue was really good, it was quite spicy and it really fits the cheese taste. The bread was very tasty, and when we ran out of it, they brought us new without...Conservation (in contrast to other fondue experience). Stuff was also very friendly. Price was fine, Sp. for Switzerland. We really liked it.!

Direkt am Fusse der beiden Pässe Grimsel und Furka. Rustikale Karte. Essen ganz Ok aber auch nichts außergewöhnliches. Eher Durchschnitt. Preise dafür etwas zu hoch. Service dürfte schneller sein.

Ein Stopp in dieser Gaststätte ist ein muss. Auf der Grimselpasshöhe hat es eh fast keine Gaststätten mehr. Hier kann man sich zu fast jeder Tageszeit verwöhnen lassen.
