Sunset Slush Oib Sandcastles: Sweets Treats

Had our first experience with Sunset Slush this past weekend while on vacation and it did not disappoint! The mango, watermelon, peppermint, cherry, and peach flavors were our favorites! So refreshing and a perfect combination with being on thebeach.

It's your run-of-the-mill Italian ice place. The staff there are fast and friendly. However, a customer in the line had to wait to order because the girls were distracted by some guy further back in the line resembling someone they knew. One had to pull up a photo to show the others and all go and show the guy and OMG over the coincidence before they could get back to the people ahead of him. Once they got back to it, they quickly got the line down so ??‍

This place was really cool, no pun intended. My child loved the slush. My only gripe is that I couldn't have one because I didn't see any sugar free or low sugar options. They did have some of the best candy options and prices nearby and that's saying something since there are at least 2 dedicated candy stores in OIB.

Great variety of slushes, perfect for a hot day at the beach. Really friendly staff.

Authentic Italian Ice! It’s delicious. Get the souvenir cup for cheaper refills. You will be back!
