Starbucks - Oceanside

I visited Starbucks yesterday and was disappointed to find that there is no longer any indoor seating available and the bathrooms are closed. When I asked the barista why, they explained that they had removed the seating due to issues with homeless individuals. However, this decision has led to a decrease in customers overall, as the store was nearly empty at 8:30 in the morning on a weekday. Even the drive-thru line was shorter than usual. I don't plan on returning to this location.

As a paying customer, I was denied access to the restroom. I was shocked by this decision, especially when the restaurant mentioned turning away homeless individuals. I felt disrespected and disappointed by their actions.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible! The female cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her unpleasant attitude made the experience of ordering coffee very uncomfortable.

I work in the ups store next door and we go in there for water everyday, along for drinks sometimes. great service and staff are really nice!

I have been to this Starbucks a handful of times now and overall the service is always really great and they make the drinks fast! It is so convenient that the location is in the grocery store. I have had a few drinks that have tasted a little burnt from here, and other times they taste great! So I hesitate to come back because I am not sure what I am going to get.
