Cafe Casablanca - Ockelbo

My friend and I have been here several times. they have raised the prices the last two times we have been here, when we ask about it they just laugh and deny it. (we are children after all! In addition, the noise level is very high. Last but not least... we have found hairs in the coffee. We will not go here again and we do not recommend anyone to it either!!!

I had to use the restroom before getting a chance to look at the menu. Upon leaving the restroom, I was rudely informed that I would have to pay for using the facilities since I had not yet made a purchase and was not considered a customer. I must have missed the sign indicating this policy upon entering. Feeling unwelcomed, I decided to just buy an ice cream to go and leave without trying any of the food. I hope the ingredients in the food are fresher than the ice cream, which seemed to have been in the freezer for a long time based on the frost on it.

This restaurant receives top marks in both service and atmosphere. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure that all our needs were met. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with beautiful decor and a great ambiance. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.
