Dunkin' - Ocoee

I visited Dunkin’ Donuts to pick up my free frozen coffee and a pastry. There was a bit of a hiccup during my visit, but ultimately it turned out great. When I received my order, they surprised me with whipped cream on my coffee and included two wax packs instead of the one I ordered. The service was truly impressive! Thank you for brightening my morning!

I would like to commend the young man I encountered this afternoon. The money scanner was malfunctioning, but he reassured me by saying not to worry. He insisted that it was absolutely fine. I offered to give him what I had as a tip, and he replied that it wasn't necessary. I was genuinely touched by his kindness and thoughtfulness. It's clear that he puts in a lot of effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

This Dunkin' is better than most. I heard great things about it before I dropped my kids off at school, and I wasn't late at all. They keep the drive-thru running smoothly and without any mistakes.

Used my T-Mobile Tuesday 2 Dollar Dunkin gift card. Picked a blueberry and double chocolate donut for 53 cents. I don't know if it's just me, but the food I've been getting out of places lately just doesn't taste as good as just a few years back.
