Starbucks - Oconomowoc

Placed my single coffee order on mobile app and it wasn’t ready when got there, which is fine, however when they handed it to me they didn’t give a stopper (never do) and it was so overfilled that it spilled. I ended up having to pull over and dump some out.

Spent some time inside Starbucks on a rainy afternoon. The staff was attentive and courteous. I was amazed at the volume of walk-ins and drive thru that came in during the hour I was there. Wow, staff never stopped moving! The only comment is chairs without a back rest. Nearly feel backward on the floor when I leaned back. Granddaughter loves the cake pops!

I always love coming to get my coffee here! The curly guy with glasses in the morning shift is always so nice and welcoming!

Staff is always friendly and makes drinks correctly! I forgot my wallet today and they gave me my drink! Thank you guys! :

Very extremely rude employee. Went to use my birthday reward and she laughed at me saying it was a scan for rewards barcode I was showing her. Didn’t say happy birthday or nothing I’m done with Starbucks after this encounter to Dunkin I go ?
