We had an excellent dinner at Mash. We tries 3 different cuts the wagyu which was excellent, the canadian striploin which was just alsp super tasty and juicy and with better price point, and the danish dry aged which turned our our least favorite. Side dishes were also great, as it was the wine choice. Impeccable service.

Have been at Mash in Odense before ? No, it is our debut, although the hair color indicates many years of experience .... Then we got the story of the American meat market. Our expectations were, of course, high to DinnerDays' presence 3 dishes's menu starting with bubbles, smoked salmon on a bottom of sign cream sauce with beautiful calve oil, extra foie gras on the top of the steak with a matching wine menu. When we asked for the red wine we got a little later visit by the wine servant who told the funny story of the wine producer as “the black sheep”. We had to experience MASH, there is no surprise between dishes from the chef, which we have experienced many other places outhere.... and that you as vegetable accessories could opt the cream spin to the striploinbøffen.... and not, as the possibility of the menu card, cured field fungus, Emperorhat and light beech hat with thyme, garlic and rosemary, which would be absolutely obvious in our opinion. Instead we had to settle with the possibility of 2 different salads. The steak, perfect fried medium nice as agreed, was tasty. The Bearnais, which we were invited more of, bold and lovely to the spicy free. A fresh sunberries, broodles with vanille cream finished the good culinary experience. Totally, the pedigree on the spot is to buy completely basalt accessories, put on our debut evening especially it seems almost annoying and greed that there is a price of water when you have opted for wine menu. Tomerhawk steak is very tasty. the restaurant has a large selection of wines. the personal is very friendly and strives. people like to eat here.
