'sushi - Odense

Delicious sushi. Eat then the needles break the concept, so the chef does it, he wants, and then you can say what you liked and get more of them. A little expensive to buy water for the quantity. Good great beer for the price in return.

Sushi is amazing, but the staff were not so obvious, despite there was not busy we sat 20 min and waited to be allowed and order, and there was 45 minutes before we got our water as we were nicely asked about it and so more 10 minutes before we saw our food. We heard about the other tables that the young men could be polite, sorry and obvious, it just did not happen on our table. But it has been several times, but in the afternoon and there has always been fantastic, but in the evening it probably takes away.

Nice Japanese food and beer, good local with good mood.

I tried to order from barsushi before I was vegan and after. but her vegan sushi was probably the worst I've ever tried. the combinations were boring, although we specifically asked the cook to be kreatiw, and use less boring ingredients. we got sushi with sun-dried tomatoes and salad (some combination) and most of the rolls were with sparingly. the rolls were completely similar and it was a boring experience. Moreover, they always forget a part of our order, so we have to go back to get it. they are slow too. their edamame drilling were good.

Compared to the price I would rather make my own vegan sushi home. but it was a good experience, and I could do it sometime when I sushi on a lazy day
