Baskin-robbins - Odenton

After making a 20-minute journey to the restaurant just before closing time, we were told that they were already closed. If the restaurant does not stay open until 10pm as advertised, they should update their hours. This is not the first time we have experienced difficulties here.

This establishment is quite disappointing. When someone comes through their drive-thru and asks for ice cream, but they know they have quarters inside, they should simply say so. There are too many employees here who seem to dislike their job and lack proper customer service skills. I had to go home and place a delivery order to find out they had exactly what I wanted, but they were too lazy to just inform me that I could buy it inside and pick it up.

If you enjoy waiting for incorrect orders, this is the place for you.

Don't waste your time to get ice. on Sunday at 19 o'clock to say that the baskin robbins were closed. they only close at 11 o'clock.

Wow, didn't think it was possible to screw up ice cream and milkshakes. Spent almost $20 for 2 milkshakes and 2 small cones. Took over 20 mins to get them in the drive through and they had 3 people working. Milk shake tasted terrible and was watered down. Now I see why this place only has 3 stars. Plenty of other Dunkin Donuts around
