What a great end to a fabulous weekend. Anular eclipse in the morning and dinner at Barrell Derrick in the evening. Being inside the hotel lobby, we would not have found it by ourselves. We were here slightly early for the dinner rush, so the service was very personal. We ordered the Bacon wrapped Cornish Hen for appetizer, Beef short ribs and Free cage chicken for the entree, Creme Brulee and Fried milk for dessert, along with a couple of drinks. The food was awesome. Great taste and portions. We will definitely recommend Barrell Derrick to anyone that asks. Tomorrow, an 11-hour drive back home.
