Update Sept 2022: Every time we have dined in it was a great experience. Gluten-free options are available. The sandwiches are always perfected and are hot and fresh. The staff is hit and miss, but it is always a great experience. ordered online via their website, with the delivery service option. Big mistake. Literally it took 2 hours for our sandwiches to get to the house and we live a few blocks away from it. Next time we will order and pick it up. What the sandwiches all delicious, but they take it a little with the Mayo. Apart from that, we will probably order them again, but pick them up personally or eat them there.

Excellent service. I asked for no cheese, due to severe allergy. But my sandwich had cheese, they fixed me a new one in just a few minutes.Dietary restrictions: Was handled quickly and appropriately.

I will never eat at this restaurant again as long as “Michael and Jaz” work there Let me start off by saying this isn’t the 1st encounter me and my girlfriend have had with Michael! The first time we went in there it was him and another woman talking about how my girlfriend was “extra” because she wanted her meal a certain way ! Now we come in a second time and Michael and jaz are staring at my girlfriend while talking to eachother , so she proceeded to stare back when she did Michael seemed to feel real “uncomfortable” ? but not so uncomfortable because he did make sure to tell us “have a good night” after we chose to walk out ! I don’t understand the discrimination or problem he has with us but @firehouse needs to do better with their staffing especially if this is supposed to be a “welcoming family environment” !

The product was extremely good but cooled off quickly the 5min drive home. Friendly top notch staff also.

Don't bother calling in an order. It is now automated and it sucks. Take forever and she doesn't understand half of everything. Beyond frustrating. My order also sat there until I asked if it was mine. Food is great. I will order online next time. Food: 5/5
