Chick-fil-a - O'Fallon

We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich level 4 and three chicken tits on level 3. We like spicy food, but Level 3 and 4 was a little too much, just an FYI. The food was great, but $19.41 for a sandwich and three chicken offers $9.99 for the sandwich and $7.99 for the 3 offers) is a little ridiculous, especially when you go to Chic-Fil-A and a spicy chicken sandwich, one side, and a drink for $10.14 and therefore I gave you all 3 stars.

The sauce is always lacking and their idea of an 8 piece Nugget is disappointing. The higher price does not equate to higher quality.

I received fantastic service from Evin and Hannah on the registration today! They were friendly and offered service without being asked. The restaurant was clean, and despite long lines we received our food very quickly. I had a fantastic experience at this point!

I was never big at eating chicken sandwiches but the amazing customer service here has definitely changed me in the last 12 years! Always fast, friendly and consistent. These three qualities are why my family always eat in Chik fil A!

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Although their food is usually great, my wife ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese and was served cold chicken. After speaking with the manager, the dish was remade, but the manager seemed dismissive when addressing the issue. We requested for the cheese to be melted further, but were informed that the restaurant did not have microwaves. The new dish was served without any courtesy, just tossed onto the counter with no eye contact. We will not be returning to this restaurant again. It is unfortunate that they were so condescending towards us.
