Chick-fil-a - O'Fallon

I always receive exceptional service at Chick-Fil-A in O'Fallon! Yesterday at 10:30 PM, I brought my two young grandchildren (a bold move, I know) and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food, as always, was delicious! I would highly recommend visiting, just be sure to avoid the rush during lunch and dinner times if you prefer a quieter experience.

Chick-fil-A O'Fallon is amazing! Yesterday, we went through the drive-thru and when we got home, we realized that 2 out of 3 children's meals were missing. We called the restaurant and the manager, Mike, was extremely understanding and apologetic. He offered to deliver the missing meals so that we didn't have to bring all 3 children back to the restaurant. This level of customer service goes above and beyond what you would expect from any other restaurant. We will definitely be returning customers and will be sure to share our positive experience with everyone we know!
