If you take sliced, small cottages, savory cakes, ribs and other typical dishes of the local cuisine go on the safe: excellent quality and preparation. On non-local dishes there is still a lot to improve: the pesto instead of being coarsely chopped, has been reduced to a very fine homogenized, thus losing all the consistency and taste.
