Food was really good, chicken Chipotle cheesesteak for the win. Service was a bit slow, I even ordered about 15 min ahead around lunchtime and still had to wait about 10 minutes when I got there.

Such an amazing team in this store. they’re are all lead by an amazing assistant manager matthew and it all shows throughout his team. Jason, Caleb and Raymond were all amazing. Definitely the best Jersey Mikes in Utah. <3

Man the chicken ? bacon ranch, was freakin amazing I mean delicious. Even if they where have a bad day, shame on you corporate.

Six unfriendly slow staff who act put-out they have a customer in their line. Twice I asked for a giant Italian sub with the oil and vinegar on the side.They proceeded to put the oil and vinegar on the sandwich.When I kindly asked if they could please remake it so that it wouldn’t be soggy when I get a chance to eat it 3 hours later. They acted bugged and pulled off the lettuce as if that was going to make it less soggy 3 hours from now.No eye contact, no hello, no welcome to our store, no smiles….nothing but an unpleasant experience.

Crazy good subs. Super fresh, high-quality ingredients. Mike's way is the only way! The hot subs are amazing as well! Never had bad food there. Kids mostly run the location near me, so the turnover can be high. Sometimes, some care more than others, but overall, it is usually a pretty good experience. The point system is a little stiff and stingy compared to other sub shops. But I keep going regardless.Vegetarian options: You can get all veggies if you like as well as a hot sub of mushrooms and peppers.Kid-friendliness: Great little subs for the littles.Parking: Huge lot. It's never a problem to find a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible spot in the sidewalk, and it has no steps or stairs to get into the building. Kinda tight inside, though.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free bread and can accommodate almost anything I would say.
