Ojai Donut Shoppe

I visited this restaurant this morning to pick up some donut holes for my son and decided to get a ham and cheese croissant for myself. When I got home and opened it up, I was disappointed to find that there was hardly any ham and absolutely no cheese in it. I paid 4 dollars for an old and unappetizing croissant. I tried calling to address the issue, but no one answered. A disappointing experience overall.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! I recently visited and had a horrible experience. The owner pressured us into buying a doughnut, even though we didn't want to. Feeling guilty, I gave in and bought one, only to be charged more than the menu price. The owner then made a disrespectful face towards me and sneezed before handing me a poorly made fake jelly doughnut. Not to mention, the place was dirty and the doughnuts looked old. Stay away from this place!

The woman working at the restaurant today was very rude and seemed disinterested in being there. She appeared to be giving off negative vibes, as she seemed inconvenienced when we entered to potentially purchase some donuts. Ultimately, we bought a jelly donut that we had to throw away because she sliced it open, added jelly, and sneezed on it.

Worst donut I ever had. Selection was not that great either. Be aware that they only take cash as well, unless you have a Venmo.

This is the saddest donut shop I’ve ever seen. The lights were off, the selection was very very small, and there is no credit/debit option just Venmo. The donuts are similar to what you could buy at the grocery store but more expensive. Honestly not what I would picture for Ojai.
