Antiguo parador, que conoció tiempos mejores. Cocina de venta, te dejan pasar a la terraza con el perro. El entorno es espectacular, a dos horas de la Concha y con decenas de rutas.

Pucherete de Junar es una gran sopa caliente con una boulona con nuta de buen gusto (garbanzos). Lo que necesitas para calentarte en el día de otoño o invierno.

Me encanta este hotel rural... El trato de su personal... Su tranquilidad... Y lo cómodo que esta... Alejado de todo... Y en plena naturaleza...

WOW. I think that's the first time I have started a review like that. If I could give a higher rating than 5 I would without hesitation. I booked 3 rooms and arranged dinner for my Company Christmas dinner. The service was exceptional, We checked in and ordered a bottle of wine and some cheese and Jamon which we sat and enjoyed by a roaring log fire. Several bottles of wine later we made our way to the Restaurant area. The service was fantastic, The waiter helping us to choose and offering recommendations. He even told us we had ordered to many starters and offered his opinion of what we should have. We accepted his recommendation and so glad we did. We stated with Pork Loin in Butter and Albondigas in Red wine sauce. For Main My wife and I had the Suckling pig. The meat was so tender and the Crackling was so Tasty. All it needed to make it Perfect would be an apple or cherry sauce. My Son had Roast Leg of lamb which consisted of a whole lamb leg. again cooked to perfection, Just needed some mint sauce or a mint gravy. My office Manager had the wild boar stew which was so filling she only had half. The staff offered to box up what was left and put it in the chiller to take home the next day. This experience was so good and so well priced that I will be booking to have my Birthday here in February.
