Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Okeechobee

The chicken was really good, and the staff member I interacted with was nice. However, I had an issue with my order for the second time in a row, as some items I ordered and paid for were missing.

I wish I could give this place a lower rating. The service was extremely slow, and the staff were quite rude. They rolled their eyes and seemed very dismissive. I ordered two items, but they were delivered to another table before mine, while I was left waiting for my other two orders. When I tried to politely ask one of the workers about my food, she snapped at me and became quite aggressive, even leaning over the counter while she expressed her frustration. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

As I approached the window, I noticed they had unsweetened tea, so I inquired if I could have that instead and asked why it hadn’t been mentioned when I placed my order. Unfortunately, she started yelling at me. A staff member had to intervene, close the drive-thru window, and send her away. The assistant manager then opened the window to apologize for her outburst, explaining that it’s hard to find workers and that this isn’t the first time she had yelled at customers. I was simply trying to get an unsweetened tea to go along with my combo order, for which I had already paid, as reflected on my receipt. I will not be returning to this establishment. It’s unacceptable to witness such poor work ethic and disregard for customer service. Clearly, upper management needs to address this behavior, as it is not acceptable in a business that relies on providing good service.

Ordered the hush puppy garnelen combo got 5 small garnels and side it not worth at all, very disappointed

Food was good and hot, gals and guys were doing their job...place was clean and bathroom was also clean...will be back
