I'm going 2.5 hours to come here. Put your hands down, the best steak we've ever had. And everyone we reject or bring, concurs. We love you!

Old School, Oh so Right. New Year's Eve 7:30, the restaurant is packed. Seated very quickly with great service under the circumstances of this holliday experience. Nothing pretentious about Speckled Perch, the restaurant and menu same as it has been for decades. This is not a high end steak house but simply the best valued beef I have eaten. We enjoyed a T-Bone and the Gorgonzola beef tips with noodles are fabulous at dinner and the next day (you can not finish this portion). Excellent French onion soup. Speckled Perch has stood the test of time and continues to impress with good food, good prices and hoping you never change.

Don't be fooled by the name, the menu is made up of STEAKS only! But they are good steaks considering you are in the middle of nowhere.
