Outstanding in all regards. Cocktails are great (I'm partial to the Dragon, basically a tart Shandy). Shiitake mushroom and cauliflower appetizers are special. Spicy miso ramen is very flavorful and has a definite kick without being overwhelming (but get a different ramen if you don't like spice). Service is quick, friendly, and helpful. Excellent ramen. The tori paitan and spicy miso are flavorful and well done. The pork belly was the best I've had in a noodle house. The staff is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable about the food and their sake. This place is my new preference for ramen.
