McDonald's - Oklahoma City

The worst McDonald’s to go to. The workers stand back in the back talking while their customers are just waiting. Three workers walked past and never acknowledged their customers at all. I had to get their attention and advise them of how customer service works. McDonald’s isn’t what it use to be at all. A bunch of kids working and the people there are lazy!

Denise was very rude refused to take our order. Tried to get to talk to someone. Arianna apologized but didn't satisfy. I managed a McDonald's before and if this would've happened in my store at the very least said employee would've been written up and sent home if not fired. I'm very upset about this experience.Food: 1/5

Personally I feel that these fast food chains are getting very pricey for fast food. Over $10 for a burger meal is a little much there are many places that you can go for a much better burger and fries and drink for the same price like Tucker's burgers, Paddy wagon, or s&b's burger joint.Food: 2/5

I like the new look, but you really don't know where to order or wait. Unless you've been here before. You have several kiosks where you place your order and choose table service, or take out. I paid with my card, not sure how it would work if I paid money. Or you can choose to stand at the counter where you would normally order) and wait. They're fast and nice.

Take 30 minutes. No one was told to park in the stops. After the 30 minutes, my food was pushed onto me without eye contact, no smile....not sad about it or even a thank you. And of course the order was wrong after he came home. Most McDonald 's are great, but this one has problems.
