I had called and requested an unusual request of 2 custom gender reveal cupcakes for just my boyfriend and I. Erica in the bakery was super sweet and was able to get my last minute order in. Everyone I talked to was super sweet and very welcoming. Cupcakes were also very delicious. I definitely have to come back to try the food! Thank you for making my day

Absolutely incredible dinner. I had the Ragu and my wife had the fried chicken, both were outstanding. The skillet cookie and ice cream dessert is a must. Drinks were great and the server was phenomenal. We will be back soon.

Bradford House is always, always perfect- the hotel, the food, the cocktails, the service, all wonderful. If you haven't been lately or maybe you're looking for something new, now is the time to go. Chef Caleb Stangroom has outdone himself with the new fall/ winter menu. The marinated olives were sensational. I know, it's just olives , but trust me. The soup du jour was French onion. Everyone's had French onion. This was outstanding. Salmon wonderful. So was the lemon olive oil cake. Simple dishes, but these are elevated. I can't wait to try the friend chicken dish. New cocktail menu too! The staff is always first rate. They always make you feel welcome and special. The hostess/ hotel front desk Amanda is the greatest- so warm, friendly and nice. She never forgets anyone and I'm totally forgettable. Try it now or again. You won't regret it. It's a very special place.

What another amazing experience with wonderful staff and a very professional waiter! All meals and menu items were explained and he was very well spoken. We went for a Birthday dinner and the Bradford House was a memorable memory for all guest. Thanks again for a great night of drinks, food, and atmosphere!

Met my girlfriends there for dinner. The server was excellent, and I appreciated his insight and friendliness. He was aces!! The meals were...meh. The chicken fried chicken was a bit over salted, the steak frites were also the fries were way too salty and the steak was just meh plating could have been better, it just didn't look appetizing. The pasta was fine. I've been to BH several times and it wasn't very reassuring to bring my friends here for the first time, and the food was not great. I know it's a new menu how new I don't know, but maybe it just needs more tweaking. Will still come back, especially for coffee Quincy baked goods, and we'll try dinner again.
