Chipotle Mexican Grill - Olathe

This used to be our favorite chiptole, but recently, they've been skimping on ingredients.We usually order online and pick it up. I have our favorites saved in my online profile, and they have extra selected on all ingredients except meat and guacamole. Seems as though if you don't go in and watch them make it, they give you less of everything. It's not worth the price, in my opinion.I'd rather spend my money at an actual restaurant where I'd pay the same amount and have enough for leftovers.

Arrived at 11:15am they open at 10:45am) some people inside, staff readily available. Everything seems fine. Started to order, noticed pinto and black beans both look over cooked and mushy, okay no big deal. Received order, paid everything fine. Biggest issue honesty was went to use the restroom and it has double rolls of toilet paper dispenser, both completely empty. No back ups nothing. Okay I'll just inform the staff, well several staff were already on break next to restroom area, trying to be polite and went to counter to inform someone, so I did and it's only kitchen staff, felt awful but at same time I had to think, they just opened not even an hour ago, how is this even a problem. Waiting around about 5 minutes, checked again and still empty. Good think this time I took a napkin with me.Overall each thing on its own it fine, just became irritating throwing in the factor they just opened and beans looked old, staff on break when restrooms not even taken care of. Then noticed the reviews on this place and was yeah like figures..... how can a chipotle have a 2 star review?

Today myself and my co-worker went into Chiptole (K7 Santa Fe) with a total of 19 seperate orders for a training and the entire team was amazing!!! They got all of the orders correct with drinks, they all had great attitudes and were very helpful. They made providing lunch a breeze for this training. I am very happy to leave this review thank you to the manager on the shift, the district manager and especially all of the crew workers! Great Job and Thank you soo much!

This was my first online order, as well as my first visit to this location. I ordered first, then looked at the reviews. I rarely do so, but WOW they were not good.I was prepared to be pretty disappointed. That was NOT the case. Order was right on time, made precisely as I had requested, and was still hot. My experience was great!
