Many fast food restaurants struggle to maintain a full staff, but that's not the case here. This establishment had a complete team, a spotless environment, and outstanding customer service. Despite being extremely busy on Friday night, they provided exceptional service and delivered food promptly. I highly recommend this location and will definitely make it my go-to from now on.

I visited Wingstop for a dine-in experience while waiting for my friends. I ordered a chicken sandwich, some mild wings, and a drink. The person taking my order informed me that the chicken sandwich would take 13 minutes and the wings would take 9 minutes. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, when my food finally arrived, my friend wanted some ice from my drink. When he opened the cup, we discovered a hair in my drink. To make matters worse, they had forgotten to include my wings. I went back to address the issue, but they claimed I hadn’t ordered any wings and even tried to blame my friend for putting the hair in my drink. To top it all off, the bag had a strange odor, suggesting it had been used before.

Very average experience for a wing stop, with the exception of probably the fastest service I’ve ever received of any location. Store could’ve been a bit cleaner (especially given that it was not very busy when I went) but overall, everything fit expectations.

3 stars because they charge for ranch regardless of how many wings you order. Other than that, wings are good.Updated from 3 stars to 1 start after I had their nasty chicken sandwich. It was like chewing rubber.
