Bagel Talk Cafe - Old Bridge

Our orders were awesome! I can tell it's a beloved local spot and they handled the busy spells well. The guy taking our order was new and they were helpful with him while still hustling to get the food out quickly. There's quite a few items we can't wait to try that you won't find on any other menu. I've ordered from the other location for 18 years and going to this one was like a completely different experience. The food is consistent, hot fresh and delicious

I suggest providing training for her and the rest of the staff on customer service. It's essential to understand that keeping customers informed about their food and greeting them warmly is a crucial aspect of hospitality. When our food was finally ready, the young lady simply left it on the counter and walked away without saying anything—no acknowledgment that our order was ready, no thanks for our patience, and no apologies for the long wait. I was taken aback that we weren't greeted or thanked, and that our food was just left there for us to assume it was ours after waiting for almost half an hour. While I probably won’t return to this establishment, I hope my feedback can help you improve your business.

The restaurant offers great food for breakfast and lunch at reasonable prices. However, the coffee could use some improvement as it isn't as strong as that from Peet's or Starbucks.

I visited for the first time this morning and ordered a delicious pork roll, egg, and cheese wrap.

Great food. Service is also good.
