Írjon visszajelzéstThe breakfast was fantastic, and our waiter was extremely polite and attentive. Every dish was delicious, showing that they take great care in their service. It gets quite busy a few hours after opening, so it's best to arrive early. We had a great experience! Thank you, Keyes' Pancake House! We'll definitely be back next year!
We arrived at the restaurant at just the right time, but one of the servers, who appeared to be a seasoned veteran, was the highlight of our experience. She was polite and professional. Unfortunately, my biggest disappointment was the overall taste of the food. To put it plainly, the lumberjack breakfast included dry toast, a dry sausage, eggs that tasted like they came from a distributor (like pre-made egg beaters), and pancakes that were already cold by the time I managed to open a few butter packets (which took 10 minutes to get through).
This review is only for waiting for food to arrive after an order. A star (if no one should be) for two mothers with 3 children arrived shortly before 10:00. Our orders were taken from 10:05? pic shows the time we finally get our food!!! So many people are going full. What are the chefs doing back there? Is there a chef here? Early advised to avoid the rush. Fast and friendly service. Clean! Efficient and clear operations in the front. Coffee was good. Many creamers/condiments without request. A bit for eating, despite the handful of tables actually sitting (usually empty) and most already eating. that was not so good. Bacon and toast over boiled, pancakes gumy, eggs over hard equal scrambling then fried. Well made homestyle potatoes hard like skirt and super soft a combo. Would return thanks to cleanliness and good service and options are limited.
I don?t give poor reviews on any consistent basis. This owner/operator unfortunately deserves the one star I?ve given him and his restaurant for the miserable experience our family had at this establishment. Bottom line: if you are fortunate enough to get a decent meal here count yourself lucky! If your experience isn?t stellar and you make it known to the owner his response will be, well, abysmal !! Take a moment and read the other negative reviews posted here. Should you find yourself not reasonably satisfied with the fare, those tell a truer tale! The owner has no interest in customer service or addressing a complaint with anything more than; too bad! Or as in our case, ?you ate the food didn?t you?? Yes, after waiting more than an hour and a half and the order still wasn?t filled correctly. Yes, we ate the food! It wasn?t inedible. It was cold, incorrect and mediocre at best. In my 50+ years of business experience I?ve never encountered any owner with less respect for his most valuable asset, his customers. Now watch for his response you will see what I mean!
