Mcdonald's - Old Forge

Always waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 min. Workers are making tik toks instead of my big mac.

I had a few bad experiences here but never gave up as it’s the closest McDonald’s to my house. My last few visits have been A+ no waiting in the parking lot (except once but the food came out as I was parking) and I got a DoorDash today and everything was in the bag and hot!

Super sweet, polite, efficient staff! I really appreciated how kind and quick my drive through experience was at this McDonald’s!

Stay far away from this McDonald’s, never get anything right and even when you go to use the app for savings, they still ring it up wrong, when you call them out on it, they get flustered and you pretty much just have to eat the cost at that point because it’s not worth the time trying to talk to managers. Go to BK down the road, they’re spot on

Horrible McDonald’s, just can’t seem to get things right. Multiple times have been directed to pull into the waiting spot for drive through. Then you are forgotten about and have to walk into the establishment, ask around for your order that was from the drive through. Look stupid, and then get handed your cold food that’s been waiting, with skimpy fries that fill the container half way. Other locations are much better.
