Dunkin' - Old Hickory

If I couldn't judge a star, I would, but they never have donuts. I came to this place more than three times and I always leave empty. It is very disappointing

Donuts are never fresh and they do not hear when you try to place your order

The team at this restaurant is fantastic! The staff is quick, friendly, and consistently goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.

Since the pandemic started I?ve been to this location three times and they were totally out of ALL DONUTS all three times. The first time was on a Monday around 1pm, the second time was a Wednesday at like 1130am and just now on a Sunday at 5pm. Maybe there is something unique about the donut business that I don?t understand, but as as somebody with a business degree who has done everything from cashier, to janitor, to regional manager in a similar setting I doubt it. I seriously hate Starbucks because of their politics but if they are the only place in town to get a hot cup of coffee and a pastry I guess my hands are tied. If somebody can explain sensibly why this location doesn?t make enough donuts to meet the demand I will delete this post.

They were at 6:10 and had no donuts as Dukin has no donuts when they close at 9; it was empty only muffins. Would be nice to have at least min product for serving
