El Risotto D'i Fratelli - Oliva

Today visited El Risotto D'i Fratelli Oliva. It is under new management, Roger Mark, Both Spanish but speak English, Menu del dia at 10.50 Euros, excellent value and pleasant surroundings. Give them a try. Roger and Mark are from Villalonga.

My partner and I visited for lunch and will definitely not be going back Two reasons 1) ordered a bottle of wine with our meal were not given wine list so assumed would be given house wine as this is standard unless you ask otherwise. The bill came and we were charged 14 euros which is around double price of house wine. When we queried this the manageress was rude to us and said not her fault. She would not accept that it is not normal to provide customers with the most expensive without asking and did nothing. She did not even apologise properly to us 2) fajita was covered in sauce and tasted exactly the same as enchilada’s. We also ordered without onion as my partner gets headaches from them if too raw food turned up covered in onion really poor food quality and even poorer customer service

Menu of the day.... is not only great Value but so varied changing daily... including a drink Bread an alli olli. choice of 4 Starters, choice 4 Main, (Always includes a fish choice) and delicious home made Postres ...Good portions. €10 Having owned our own Freehouse Pub /restaurant staff play a vital part and Oscar is a delight always a smile a lovely thoughtful Welcome. Sitting outside under the Plane trees in a relaxed manner... Lovely ambience... The other staff are good also. Our friends who eat out a lot agree ....

Very good place to eat in family, the treatment of waiters is excellent very recommended if you want to have a good time in family

Since September there is a new team that manages the restaurant. we are improving. it is worth visiting. Thank you very much for your trust
