Because of these issues, I’m giving this visit 3 stars. However, I had a much better experience when I came in for breakfast on 5/25. The food was hot, and the service was prompt. I typically order the spinach mushroom omelet, but this time, I tried it as a burrito, and it was truly delicious. This experience deserves 5 stars!
When we arrived with a group of nine, we were greeted by the most delightful sisters working the night shift. We only waited about 15 minutes for a table, and our experience was fantastic. These sisters attended to all the diners with great care. My pancakes were absolutely amazing, especially with the caramel sauce. We had a wonderful evening at our favorite local IHOP!
I decided to drive to the restaurant since it's close enough that it was quicker than trying to figure out the app. I arrived at 6:15 and noticed two people waiting for their orders, four tables occupied, a waitress at the front, and a cook who was listening to ESPN. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes while the waitress finished taking care of other customers before I could place my to-go order. Another customer mentioned that they had actually closed the previous night due to staffing issues. Other than that, everything else was up to the usual high IHOP standards, so I don't blame the staff for this situation. It really seems to be a problem with management. I believe the waitress deserves a larger tip for her hard work, which I gladly gave her!
I recently visited Easter with my family and we experienced a bit of a morning rush, resulting in about a 15-minute wait for a table. Our server, Chris, was fantastic. He took all our orders perfectly. I requested my bacon and sausage to be well done, and they were cooked just right. The food was hot and delicious. Chris was very polite and made sure to check on us throughout our meal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. A big thanks to both the chefs and our server!

I waited about 10 minutes while she caught up, then placed my takeout order. A fellow customer mentioned that they had actually closed the night before due to a lack of staff. Despite this, everything else was classic IHOP quality, so I don't blame the staff! This situation clearly stems from poor management. Let’s show the waitress some understanding and consider leaving a bigger tip, as I did.
