Subway - Olive Branch

I was incredibly happy to find that the Subway in Walmart had reopened! Since moving back to Memphis, I've been shopping at this Walmart, but Subway had been closed during that time. My favorite is the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich. The young lady who served me was fantastic! Everything was so fresh and evenly distributed throughout the sandwich. Welcome back, Subway! You've been truly missed. Thank you for your service!

The African American woman working there, who I believe is the manager, was rude and unprofessional. When we requested a change of knives due to a family member's food allergies, she made it difficult for us. There was a back-and-forth argument, which ultimately led us to leave. We won't be returning.

I placed an online order while at work and arrived 20 minutes later, as the website indicated my order would be ready. However, I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. After waiting for ten minutes inside the store, I discovered that they hadn't even started preparing my order yet. When I approached the staff to ask about it and confirm the name on my order, I was met with a rude attitude from the woman making the sandwiches. If you're in a hurry, don't bother ordering online to avoid the line, because you'll still be stuck waiting in the dining area while the line moves on without you.

The female in the shop was rude and acted like she had no desire to do her job. Good was good though.

I ordered 2 footlongs, pizza for my self and coworkers. I made the order on-line because we only have 30 mins for lunch break(saves time). Both of the sandwiches were made wrong and not how I initially placed the order. Those sandwiches were thrown together and looked like a 3rd grader prepared them. When I called back to the store a lady answered the phone and had a nasty attitude and then told me she couldn't find my ticket number in system and I had just left the store!! So we had to pick our sandwiches apart from the veggies we didn't order and was left with soggy bread/meat. I'LL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM SUBWAY AGAIN. Period!
