Wendy's - Olive Branch

Fast service. The food was fresh and hot. The speaker was a bit hard to understand, but the server was sweet and polite.

The food was ok but Dave's single meal was not hot fresh as it usually is. The chocolate shake was great!!!

We went to this location on our way through town and the employee at the window was wearing her mask on her chin below her nose AND mouth (rendering it useless). There was also what I am assuming was a manager (she was wearing a polo vs regular shirt) walking around completely without a mask. As someone who has a 5 year old daughter who is high risk for extreme complications with Covid this made me extremely uncomfortable. This can literally kill people I'm exextremely disappointed to see that the employees aren't taking it seriously. If you or someone you love is high risk, you might want to avoid this location.

Went here today around 3pm. First off it?s filthy. The drink machine looks as if it hasn?t been washed in months. The floor is filthy. Trash overflowing. However, the real issue is the fact that it took 25 minutes to service 3 sets of customers and we didn?t even order anything out of the ordinary. I watched 2 employees, 1 of which was a manager, in the back talk for the entire visit about absolutely nothing. 1 employee texted on her phone nonstop while attempting to service customers at the drive-thru in between her text sessions. Then she proceeded to go from texting to handling food with no gloves. There was zero teamwork to ensure customer service. 1 young man and lady were running around trying to cover everything. It was simply awful. I know it?s Wendy?s, but it was just unacceptable.
