Love the Baconator and the pub fries. Customer service was awesome

Wendy's for years was the best fast food burger. Then they tried to do to much by extending their menu and the quality of their food went down. My last 2 trips were very disappointing. Burgers were dry, bun was hard, and the fries were cold. My last trip to Wendy's

Took the chance to be one of the first at this location for a sneak peek at Wendy's Breakfast! Thanks to Meagan for the excellent service and for suggesting my new favorite breakfast sandwich.

Ordered several items, grilled chicken sandwich was burnt, hard and dry. Said ?large frosty? when ordering, got home with a vanilla frosty, up until this point in my life I didn?t even know a vanilla frosty existed. The rest of the food was good and fresh. For $4.79 I expect way more for a grilled chicken sandwich.

The customer service was excellent, and the wait for the food wasn't too long. It seems like there are some new staff members working there now. I remember having a really terrible experience in the past that made me vow never to return. Thank you, Wendy's!
