Subway - Olive Hill

Ordered to foot-long subs last night at around 9:40 PM I told the girl what I wanted on my subs and she started making them and she told another girl to check me out because apparently they were in a hurry to get out of there. Got my food and got home and didn’t have the toppings on my sandwiches. Very poor service and they are always out of stuff

My husband ordered on the app for pickup so that we could have an easy night of not cooking. We ordered 2 subs, a cheese pizza for our son, orange juice and 2 six-pack of cookies (apparently you cannot mix and match the type of cookies in a 6 or 12 pack so I had to order 2 to get two types of cookies). I drove down to pick up the order.When I arrived I told them I was there to pick up an order and gave the name. I was the only customer in the store. There were two young ladies behind the counter working. One of them said something about being out of something which I thought was the pizza. I asked her to repeat it and explained that I read lips and cannot hear. She said it again, but was still not clear and not looking at me. I called my husband on FaceTime so that he could figure out what she was telling me. After she said it to him, he determined that they were out of cookies. I told him I think they are also out of pizza which we finally figured out was correct through no help from the employees.They refunded me for the pizza and cookies and I picked up the subs and OJ but I felt like I was bothering them actually.The subs were good. I ended up cooking something for my son, which is what we were trying to avoid in the first place lol.

Walked in three young women behind the counter as they were making our sandwich and a fly was going to go land on the sandwich I tried to let them know about the fly as it was getting ready to land on the sandwich they all three just snarled those nose up at me very rude service and then after they ringed me up no thank you or come again they said nothing. When I got home I saw they charged me for food that I didn't even get. when I called them to ask them about why was my order so much cuz I only got two sandwiches they just said oh we charged you for extra meat that you didn't get you can come up here and get a refund if you want, which would have cost more just in gas these days. The 3 young girls was really rude and snotty worst customer service I have experience and I work in customer service I will never ever go back to olive hill Subway again. Manager was no where on property when I asked to speak to manager their reply was she not here never is

Says they close at 10pm. Pull up at 9:25. 1 girl looked at us and rolled her eyes. While the other one was on her phone. Pulled on the door and it's locked. But all the lights were on even the open sign. Closed 35 minutes early. Never going back there. Waste of my time and gas.
