Panera Bread - Olney

HOW are the bread slices TOUCHING EACH OTHER?????? there was literally NOTHING in these sandwiches im truly appalled i cannot believe i paid for these its absurd.

The quality of breakfasts has really gone down at Panera. They eliminated the spinach and artichoke souffle. No more whole grain bread. Eggs are now only scrambled, which would be ok if they weren 't overcooked. The cheese on an egg and cheese sandwich is miniscule. At least they 've abandoned the 'clean food ' nonsense, whatever that meant.

Panera Bread Olney never ceases to disappoint. The employees often seem untrained and even rogue sometimes. The place is dirty. Orders are messed up a lot. Not sure if it's a staffing problem or management problem. It looks like nobody is managed by a responsible person. They were a goto place and now they are a stay away from place. Too bad.

My drink was not ready even though I arrived 5 minutes after the app said it would be.

I have celiac disease and asked about the warm Greek bowl. The girl behind the counter assured me it was gluten free with just brown rice and quinoa as the grains. When it came and i took a bite i noticed it tasted and looked like wheat berries. I wasnt sure but before i continued i asked a manager if there was wheat in it. He grudgingly went to look and said its a “rice blend”. I asked him to look again at what that meant and he said “farro and brown rice”. FARRO is another word for WHEAT. I am now home and sick. There needs to be better education about allergies at this store
