The Copper Tap 1806 - Omagh

The food at this restaurant is usually good, but can be inconsistent at times (the same goes for the cocktails). The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is delightful; the place has a lot of charm! I dined at this restaurant on Friday, October 27th. The food was absolutely amazing. Each bite was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly. Despite the slow service, the food was outstanding. The soup was delicious and the turkey and ham dinner was very tasty, although we wished there was more vegetables as the portion was quite small for two people. We would have liked to try dessert, but the wait was just too long. Despite there being enough staff for the number of diners, they were very slow and seemed disorganized. There didn't appear to be any senior staff in charge. We left at 6pm without having dessert as we had a long drive home. We would consider returning if the service improved.

Was here with a group Flavour of Omagh. We went here for the main meal, we had gammon in a mustard and mushroom sauce with mash and a mixed veg, it was delicious. Staff were fantastic. Will def be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
