Írjon visszajelzéstI was genuinely impressed, pleased, and satisfied after my visit. I ended up feeling very full! I had a bit of a rough day and almost skipped this place this morning, but I'm really glad I decided to stop by. The blonde lady working around 10:15 am on 06/27/22 made my experience truly special. Thank you!
I went through the drive-thru and tried to use an Ibotta electronic gift card, but the employee was unfamiliar with how to process it. He claimed there was no value on the card, even though I knew otherwise. He didn't even attempt to enter the code into their system initially. After I provided him with the information again, he finally started entering the details, and, surprisingly, the gift card was accepted! What a relief!
I typically don't voice complaints, but I felt it necessary to share my thoughts on the Original Chicken sandwiches I had—they were a bit too dry and lacked sufficient lettuce. It struck me that these sandwiches used to be quite messy, with an overabundance of mayo and lettuce. Nonetheless, I still think they deserve 4 stars. It reminds me of the Goldilocks story; I definitely don't want to be that picky. But that's life, and I'm fine with it overall. Additionally, getting two sandwiches and fries for $4.99 plus tax with a coupon is a fantastic deal.
It felt like it took forever to get our order. The drive-thru was extremely slow, too.
When I finally reached the window, I was pleased to receive my food quickly, but my happiness faded when I checked the temperature of the food—it was lukewarm at best. I struggled to get the attention of the staff, and when I asked why my food wasn't hot after such a long wait, the response I got was that it "doesn't make any sense." I even tried to show one of my sandwiches to her, but she refused to touch it. After more back and forth, she said they could make me two new sandwiches, which I agreed to. However, following an awkward pause, she instructed me to pull up to the front. I complied but ended up waiting another ten minutes. Frustrated, I went inside to inquire about the delay, and she claimed I hadn't said I was waiting. I then asked for a refund, which she processed without any issue. What was disappointing was that I didn't receive an apology for the trouble, and when I handed her the cold sandwiches as a gesture for the inconvenience, she simply tossed them in the trash. Ultimately, I wasted nearly forty minutes for an unsatisfactory experience, and time is something you can't buy back. I regret to say that I won't be returning to Burger King. To the management at Burger King, I urge you to improve your customer service.
