Mcdonald's - Omaha

I frequently stop by this McDonald's on my way home from weekly appointments, and I've generally had good experiences with the speed of service and the friendliness of the staff. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that they often underfill the fry cartons. Just yesterday, I ordered a large fries, and there was a noticeable inch and a half gap from the top of the carton to the fries inside. A few weeks ago, I ordered three combo meals and was able to combine all three fry cartons into just two without any spills. It seems like they might be saving quite a bit of money by shorting the fries by about 30%. This is my only issue with this location, but it happens quite often. If they could improve on that, I would happily give them a five-star review.

My wife ordered the number 7 combo, and she really enjoyed it. I ordered the big breakfast, which was tasty, but it didn’t come with my pancakes. When our food was served, I mentioned the missing pancakes to the server, and she said she would bring them right away. However, after waiting 15 minutes, we decided to leave instead. They were quite busy, though.

I visit this place frequently and really appreciate the service. It can take a bit of time to have our orders taken, but overall, it's a great location.
