Ralston Keno - Omaha

I was highly impressed with this restaurant's food. They offer a solid selection at great prices, along with some unique specialties. The prices for adult beverages are also very reasonable—truly some of the best you'll find anywhere. The customer service at the bar is efficient, and the staff is friendly and always willing to help. The space is large and open, featuring some booths and high ceilings. While some people may enjoy the open atmosphere, others might prefer a cozier setting. Nevertheless, I would give this place five stars for its excellent food and drink quality at such a good price.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated. It features a dining area, a bar where you can relax, and a smoking room. The menu offers a diverse range of dishes. Additionally, there's a special Keno payout every day. I highly recommend this place for small or large gatherings, as well as for a date night.

The waitress was quite curt and unfriendly, and it seemed everyone felt the same way—almost unanimously labeling her as unpleasant. We all agreed that we wouldn’t be coming back. Perhaps her hair was pulled too tight, making it difficult for her to engage with customers in a warm manner.

The soda machine was from certain soda, so we ended to go to get the soda itself. The waitress didn't even try to fill us again. Apart from that, the food tasted really good.

I received quick service on a busy evening here. The staff was great about checking in when I needed something and leaving me alone when appropriate, that's something to appreciate. The food was typical bar/restaurant fare priced well. The sandwich I ordered was good!
