Long wait for a meal of the 2 stars for the 24 hours car major I need to update the review food was over cooking I had five pieces tenderly meal for my disabled brother dropped off eating gone after home so frustrated that had to go to sleep to find awake for the next day to find that he had not even eaten his food because it had overwhelmed me getting back

I had a wonderful experience during this visit. The service was efficient and quick, the food was perfectly crispy, and they even added ketchup before I had to ask for it.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. They brought me the wrong food and took my card to pay for the order because the card reader on the stall wasn't working. When they returned, I gave them the food back and told them it was incorrect. They took everything back without apologizing and demanded payment that I had already given them. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The employee who brought out our food was rude and unprofessional. When we found out the shake machine was out of order, we asked for a refund or another item as a replacement. Unfortunately, the employee had no solution to offer and just handed us warm drinks that were not made correctly. When we requested to speak with a manager, they were also unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite initially saying they could make the shake, it turned out they couldn't. We were not given a refund or replacement for the incorrect drinks. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with both the customer service and the quality of the products we received.
