At some point, they messed up our food. When I went to pay, I apologized and asked if I could add 2 extra dishes to the order. The server told me no, as they had too many people to attend to at that moment. I've never had someone tell me I can't order more before. However, I'm sure their management team would want to know about this. I would understand if the order was already being prepared, but I had to wait 7 minutes just to eat. It shouldn't have been a big deal. Good luck, bro?

I had an order for $40 that included 4 small chicken sandwiches, and they were absolutely revolting. They tasted as if the oil hadn't been changed in months. As prices continue to rise, the quality will only continue to decline.

We decided to return to this restaurant a year later. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong and I had to drive back to have it remade. When my sandwich finally arrived, my side dish was extremely cold. I asked for a completely new meal as they had made a mistake but was told by the staff that I should have a good night. When I got home, the order was just okay but it seemed like they had just reheated it and it was dry. The sandwich had no cheese and the bacon was burnt again. Even though we used to frequent this place, this experience was not satisfactory. I had a small order and wanted to split the payment between cash and card, but the cashier refused and told me I had to choose one method. I explained that I only had enough money for one payment option, but she didn't seem to care. I ended up getting what I could afford, but they also forgot to give me my drink. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Completely fed with this place. they can never get fresh swirl rings, cheese sticks or picks! it is clear that these objects are precooked and are sitting under a heating lamp. ordering are always missing items and the customer service is terrible! update: I gave this place a try for my daughter about two months ago. the experience was great thanks to a worker named morgan. my daughter loves sonic and I keep there 3-4 times a week for her because morgan never disappointed! she is friendly, accurate and delivers a great customer experience every time. Even if I use doordash I only use it when she works and she ensures that eating is right and fresh. thank you! we really appreciate it. morgan gets shae

Unexpectedly good lunch. Wanted a foot long chili dog with onion rings and was not disappointed at all! My wife wanted a cheeseburger and onion rings. It was fast and cheap and very unhealthy. Nailed it. Didn’t get a pic of the food since it was basically inhaled.
