Sonic Drive-in - Oneida

Service was fast and friendly, would have got 5 stars, but forget to put my fries in the bag

Worst sonic I've been there before. You don't want to take orders on the drive in stains and because of who knows why (the most likely) they send you through the drive because it only drive thru and it had literally taken 30 minutes from me sitting here and still nobody has my order after I just pushed a button in one of the stands and was said to come here? How really? Not to mention that they could not get an order right if they were safe for their own life. Over there.

This is the worst Sonic I've ever been to. Don't order from the app. They will leave you sitting in a stall for 30 min after you check while your drink sits on the counter.

The oneida sonic is the worst sonic I've ever been to!! Drive thru is supposes ro be quick, right?? That's what I thought anyways. I've been sitting here for almost an hour, there is a huge line behind me as well, they put me last on the list of all the people because I ordered meals so I had to pull up, now I'm gonna be waiting for another 30 minutes or so. This is ridiculous. They need to hire people that actually know what they are doing, not high school students that are slow as a sloth and have no clue what they are doing. I expect to be compensated for having to wait in a DRIVE THRU for almost 2 hours!!

Did you serve me a cup of ice and a sip of soda? For real? Come on now. Sugar is cheap! Corn dog was good though but yoy owe me some soda! Keep it. It is not good for me anyway!!!
