Mr Bigs Awka Road - Onitsha

Mr Biggs Onitsha is now a shadow of itself. It 's now only a landmark. It is located in the popularly Ogbo Mmanu in Onitsha. I think it all started with the management and staff from way back. They felt they have arrived. They become puffed up with pride. This is the problem with most businesses. They totally forgot that they are in business because of their customers. You cannot constantly treat your customers badly and expect to continue receiving their patronage... gradually, they will get tired of bearing with your pride, your lackadaisical attitude, your lax. Because of this, whenever a similar business like yours comes around, they will switch on you. It 's commonsensical, but most business owners always fail in this regard. I could remember my last ever visit to Mr Biggs Onitsha, the staff were very rude and saucy, I knew I 'd never go back to that place even if they 'd serve me free meal. The only people going to Mr Biggs now are just going out of lack of place to go or for convenience. I hope they 'd do a come back to their lost glory though. How and when is what I don 't know.

Mr Biggs is generally overrated in this part of the country. The high reviews are not for this one here. It's decent but, when compared to its counterparts in other states, this one is poor. It might still be the best branch in the State but still poor. But if you're just looking to hangout, it's an okay place. They're good, but could be better

A good restaurant to get your everyday meal snacks for lunch, dinner or take out.. It's one of the first restaurants in the early 20's to open in the city of onitsha, so the environment is super modern. But it is quite neat. Also cause of it's strategic position.. At the end is a good place restaurant..

I would say it's now like a general phenomenon for all the Mr Biggs round Nigeria, it seems the management team are all getting tired and have all decided to quit their jobs. The brand seems to be struggling, that's the branches still standing. Regardless of all these I still love the brand and it's services

It's fine buh needs improvement especially the elimination of flies,needs space for people to sit and eat , then good music as well
