Eating was just smaller portions when I was hoping. Had no chicken bugs for my grandson.

Service was slow, it was busy but I only ordered a drink and people ordering food got their orders before me. The restroom was out of paper towels which I mentioned when I ordered. When I was leaving I stopped to wash my hands and they were still out, so I mentioned since it wasn 't busy now they might want to refill the restroom. When I said I had told them earlier I got a snotty remark that You didn 't tell me

I just bought two chili dogs and the dogs were so over cooked that they weren't even edible. It was liked they were cooked for lunch and it was after 5:30 when I got them. Terrible.

The couldn't get an order for a Coney Dog right. I got to the window, they wanted me to pay for a Coney Dog with cheese...not what I ordered. I had to pull around front to wait 15min for a replacement Coney Dog, that just had the cheese wiped off, no chili readied, and no onions.....very disappointed!

They were understandably busy cuz they had a bus full of kids, but that shouldn't really affect how the cook food or even look at something and wonder if they should serve something or not(say a hotdog). My husband didn't want to even try to eat his chili dogs, they didn't even put the onions or cheese on either of them.. Just burnt hotdogs and burnt chili... Unacceptable ..
