Carl's Jr. - Ontario

I visited the drive-through and was the only customer at the store. Unfortunately, I encountered nothing but attitude from the speaker to the window. I didn't even receive my food. If you dislike working in fast food, consider finding another job. This happened at 10 am on November 7th.

Every time I visit this specific Carls Jr. location, an employee opens the door and informs customers that they are understaffed. I believe this employee is discriminatory and shows favoritism. As I write this review, I just witnessed him letting a UPS driver in and giving him food. I doubt any supervisors will review the security cameras and address this issue.

If your gonna be closed I don?t care if your short staffed for whatever reason please but a sign up cause waiting behind 2 cars for 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch and getting to the speaker and the auto greeting asking what it can get me then no answerbeyond that and coming to the conclusion no one is there and driving around and there is no one there put up a sign saying sorryclosed on the speaker put a cone something cause multiple cars were waiting behind me as well.

This restaurant is terrible. Despite claiming to be open 24 hours on maps, it is not always the case. I visited one Sunday only to find out they open late. Moreover, the staff are unfriendly. When I went 30 minutes before closing time (even though they are supposed to be open 24 hours), the employees completely ignored me.

Ordered a breakfast burger. Going into my last bite or two, I notice the egg had a clear plastic piece sticking out. I go tell them. In spanish they all say there's plastic in the egg like they know their egg comes in a plastic casing. Cook lady comes upsaying it's just egg because it comes liquid form. You shouldn't be able to clearly see through the egg no matter how thin. Eggsare yellow light yellow at most, Not Clear. Didn't issue a refund. Raising Canes around the corner.. should of gone there.???????
