Landings Restaurant And Bar - Ontario

My partner and I had been looking forward to trying this restaurant, especially since we had never been there before. We made a reservation for 5:00 PM, but when we arrived, the place was closed. We decided to wait a bit, hoping they might open a little late. Another family joined us in waiting. Eventually, we saw the "closed" sign lit up, and no one came out to give us any information. One of the other guests went inside to inquire about the situation, but by that point, my partner had lost interest in the restaurant. We left at 5:30 PM without ever getting the chance to eat, as the service was terrible and there was a complete lack of communication from the staff to those of us waiting to be seated. We will not be returning.
