I could not give me order before she started yelling at me because she could not hear me. I raised my voice so she could hear me but she became even more rude, and basically told me If I have a problem, then I can go somewhere else. I will never order food from this place again and I suggest you don’t either so you’re not treated the same way
Here for the school fundraiser. The service is very weak at this location. Went thru the drive thru got to the window to pay. Had to show the school I was from again. Got my bag from the guy at the window looked inside the bag only to notice I was short 1 fry. I then got the guys attention at the window told him I was short. He said I need the whole bag watched him take everything out. Then he gave me the bag back. Then as I drove off I noticed I had the wrong salad dressing had to get out if the car to go inside. Once we got home we were unbaggin the order only to realize I was still short another fry. Plus no utensils for my salad the salad looked old the cucumbers looked 2 weeks old tomatoes too!! I also ordered a kids' char meal, hamburger plain. On the RECEIPT it said .90 cents for cheese when it was a hamburger. This location needs some quality control to double-check all orders. I was so upset after spending 40.00 I didn't even want to go back lastnight. I tossed the salad in the trash. I tried calling the location, but they don't take calls. So I guess it's ok to over charge people and not given the items!! WORST SERVICE EVER!! If I could give a ZERO rating I would!!!

Normally a good to place with quality food! But this afternpon my grilled chicken Caesar salad was full of wilted and rotten lettuce! $12 for a rotten salad... no good Habit burger! ?
The food was excellent, but the customer service left much to be desired. I understand that everyone has tough days at work, but it's important to keep a positive attitude. If you're facing challenges, it's better to seek a solution rather than venting your frustrations on customers who may also be having a rough time.
