Extremely Amazing staff since new management! I strongly suggest giving them another chance if you have tried them in the past and was unhappy. Wonderful food! Always hot and delicious Delivery Members are always respectful and kind!

They always forget something everyone i order.this time they increased Cinnabon order and did not send chicken wings.called and he basically told me it was my fault.Bad bussiness practice.I hung up on him he was unplesant.(also rude I admit) tired of excuses.alot of other companies with bussiness and are not rude.Aftrr 20 years pizza hut here has gone down.

The pizza was simply not cooked long enough. The crust was still doughy. We are waiting on a part for our oven, so we do not have a working oven, which is why I ordered a pizza from your store. Without an oven to finish cooking the pizza, it was very challenging to cook the crust in a frying pan. I added a $5 tip to my order and spent $30 for a medium pan pizza that was not cooked properly. So, no, I did not have a positive experience.

Pizza was 40 minutes late, I called 3 times to find out when I would be getting it. They never answered the phone. When it finally did show up it was cold and burnt. I called the driver back and was told by him he would have the manager call me right away. I never received a call nor did they answer the phone when I called back for the 4th time. If I could give a negative start to this place by all means I would.
