Little Caesars Pizza - Orange

I called this restaurant, but no one answered the phone even after it rang about 10 times before disconnecting. We kept trying to reach them, and finally, after several attempts with four different people, someone picked up. However, I was informed that the online ordering was unavailable at that moment and that I needed to call them. It’s frustrating that I had to keep calling when they keep hanging up on me. I would give a higher rating, but based on this experience, I can only give 1 star on Google.

Order thin crust, peppers and mushrooms extra cheese. Great taste! Armed by time

The food was great as usual but the service was extremely poor. The cashier gave me the wrong change and had to have help figuring out what the correct change was. There was also going to be about a thirty minute wait so we went to Sonic just a few minutes down the road. When we returned to pick up our food thirty-one minutes later we were told they were closing and that they had thrown our food out! It was suggested that we go back the following day and that they would leave a note for the manager.

The most disorganized system I?ve ever seen in any restaurant. I went in to order a simple single pepperoni pizza. My order never got put in, because the employee taking orders took in 4 other orders without writing anything down, or putting anything in the system. Then, while we we?re all getting frustrated, the employees began to bad mouth the customers for getting upset about all the disorganized madness going on. I ended up leaving the location without my order. Never will I be back to this location.

They aren't always hot and ready. Over the past year they have neglected the signs outside and now they are down to one paper sized menu that is taped to the wall near the drive-thru window. Also, the hedges always drag against the side of my medium sized truck. If you are reading this, please trim the hedges. About 80% of the time the pizza is great.
